We follow the Data Protection Act 2019. Here is what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

When you sign up or volunteer, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address (if you provide it), your ward and how you would like to help.

Why we use it

To send you campaign updates and event invitations, and to organise volunteers in your ward. We use your details only with your consent.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your personal data. This website uses no cookies, advertising or tracking. To stop spam, your browser only remembers the time of your last form submission, on your own device.

Who handles it

Form submissions reach the campaign by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. We do not use the data for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Until the end of the 2027 election period, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS to stop messages. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
